How to reduce the cost of adverts.

Many therapists and other health and beauty professionals find placing their own adverts in local news papers and other publications is simply too expensive. By clubbing together we can however substantially reduce the cost of having regular adverts. Savings range from about 74% to over 80%. To find more about how you can use shared adverts to promote your business for less, click here or on the button below.

Everything in the universe is related.

On a personal level, our diet, the environment, the amount of exercise we do, our relationships, our state of mind and the condition of our bodies all have an affect on our health.
Our bodies generally provide signals as to our general state of health, these may be in the form of aches and pains, allergies, feeling run down, feeling tired etc. etc.
Because everything is related it is often difficult to establish the root cause of a problem.
Therapies are not something new, they have been around for centuries. Therapies would not still exist if they did not work, however the key to resolving any health issue is to identify the root cause and address it. Unless the root cause is addressed many problems will never be resolved. While modern medicine has a role to play and should be used where required, it is important to ensure that the cause is being addressed. The human body is a very complex organism and contains some built in healing features that will try to aid recovery. Often the problem is that our bodies are internally in such bad condition that they are not able to heal themselves. A simple example is our bodies ability to heal itself when we cut ourselves or break a bone etc.

Therapies like modern medicine are not all the same, and just like a doctor who may prescribe something that does not work for you; if a therapy does not work for you change the type of therapy just like you would change the medication you may be given. It is important that you give any cure a fair chance. It is possible for a therapist to provide you with the correct treatment but for you to be destroying the chances of recovery my not following their advice or doing something that is counter productive like eating junk food.

Many therapists are experts in their field and use a series of techniques, body signals and other indicators combined with established practices to detect and treat problems.
