Singing bowls (ALL DAY):
A singing bowl, also known as a Himalayan bowl or cup gong, is a musical instrument used in Buddhist meditation, dating back many centuries. They are traditionally played in Tibet, Nepal, India, China, Japan, and Korea, mostly by Buddhist monks and in monasteries. Today they are enjoyed around the world by meditators, health professionals, and anyone who enjoys their beautiful sound.

Christine Bucklar (ALL DAY):
Christine specialises in Reiki healing and Aqua Detox, an extremely pleasant treatment designed to detox and re-balance the body. It involves immersing the feet in tepid water for 30 minutes. A metal coil, known as an Array, is added to the water, and a micro-current is passed through it, creating a flow of electrons that converts the water into the same Bio-Energetic field as the person using the machine.

The water changes to various colours according to the nature of the toxins released, and those pioneering Aqua Detox claim that pictures taken using a GDV camera, which is able to identify the body's Bio-Energetic Field, show the disruption and un-balanced condition of the person before treatment, and the resulting balancing of the energetic field after Aqua Detox treatment.

David Lamb (ALL DAY):
David is a skilled in many oriental therapies. He will be practising Tuina, Chinese acupressure. This involves precise acupressure type movements to encourage body's natural agencies to correct and align injuries, sites, postural faults and enhance movement performance. As everything within the body is linked, in Tuina we would always consider the body as a whole rather than just the symptoms.

By treating the whole body, all the elements will be able to work together to regain health, function and balance.

Regaining natural, healthy patterns relevant to you is the aim of every Tuina session.

Lorraine Gilbert (ALL DAY):
Lorraine not only holds several different therapy qualifications, she is also a very good psychic medium. She is offering a mixture of private readings and reflexology, which could prove to be very interesting!

Reflexology is the application of pressure, stretch and movement to the feet and hands to effect corresponding parts of the body. Reflexologists view the feet and hands as a mirror image of the body. By applying technique a reflexologist can break up patterns of stress in other parts of the body.

Pressure applied to the feet generates a signal through the peripheral nervous system. This message is feed forward to adjust the body's tone or overall tension level. If applied properly the tone will reset itself to a lower operating tempo. A lower operating tempo means a lessening of stress and less wear and tear on the body's systems. More...
