Since early childhood I have always had a love of art and passionately believe in the way it can effect the mind. I have been creating art, writings and music all my life. While my earlier works included more conventional art, including pastels and sketching, I have developed an interest in graphic art and regularly produce work for publication. I have had an interest in the holistic approach to healing and well being and teach relaxation techniques and meditation, which in turn influences my art. I find that art affects the mood and atmosphere of the home and office and my recent work includes pictures that range from tranquil, to stunning and vibrant and complements my Inner harmony relaxation music CD.

My music
